Data Deletion

You can delete your PettoX account and the data associated with it at any time, whichever way suits you:

Option 1, in the app

Open PettoX → Profile → Edit profile → Delete account & data. Type DELETE to confirm, and deletion starts immediately.

Option 2, by email

Email luk_ltm@hotmail.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We'll verify it's you and process the deletion.

What gets deleted

Your account profile, sign-in identities (email / Google / Apple / Facebook), pet profiles, care logs, health records, photos and vault documents, AI chat memory, generated portraits and care reports, credit-wallet records, and push-notification tokens.

What may be retained

Purchase records required for tax/accounting law, and minimal fraud/ abuse-prevention records, kept only as long as legally required, then removed.

Timeline

Deletion begins immediately and completes within 30 days (backup copies expire on their own cycle within that window).

Facebook Login users

This page is PettoX's data-deletion instructions URL for Facebook Login. Removing PettoX from your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites stops our access to your Facebook profile; to erase the data already in PettoX, use Option 1 or 2 above.
