Quick fixes
I'm not receiving reminders
Check Profile → Notifications in the app, then your phone's notification settings for PettoX. On Android 13+, if you previously tapped "Don't allow", the app offers an "Open notification settings" shortcut to re-enable.
My purchase didn't arrive
Fully close and reopen the app, pending purchases are re-checked at launch and applied automatically. Still missing? Email us with your store receipt and we'll sort it out.
How do I invite someone to help with my pet?
Pets tab → your pet → share menu → invite by code, link or QR. They get access to just that pet's care, nothing else.
How do I export my pet's records?
Pet detail → Explore → "Export record" creates a shareable PDF of profile, vaccinations, medications, insurance and microchip (a PettoX Pro feature).
