Privacy Policy

PettoX ("we", "us") is a pet care-tracking app operated by ATOM X. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Account data. Your name, email address and profile photo, provided when you sign in with email, Google, Apple or Facebook. From social sign-in we receive only your basic profile (name, email, avatar), never your friends, posts or contacts.

Pet information you enter. Pet profiles (name, breed, birthday, photos), care logs and notes, health records (vaccinations, medications, weight), documents you store in the vault, and photos you attach. This is your content, we store it to run the app for you.

Usage and device data. App interactions, device model, OS version, crash reports and push-notification tokens, used to keep the app working and improve it.

Purchases. Subscriptions and credit packs are processed by Apple App Store / Google Play. We receive purchase confirmations - never your card details.

How we use it

To provide the app (sync your data across devices, send the reminders you set up, generate AI care summaries you request from your own entries), to fix problems, and to improve features. We do not sell your personal data.

Third-party providers

We rely on service providers to run PettoX: Google Firebase (authentication, database, file storage, hosting, push notifications, analytics and crash reporting), Google Cloud (AI features), Apple and Google (payments and sign-in), and Meta (Facebook sign-in). Each processes data only to provide their service to us. Outbound partner links (e.g. product suggestions) take you to third-party stores governed by their own policies; PettoX may earn a commission.

Retention

Your data is kept while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where law requires longer (see our Data Deletion page).

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time - in-app or by emailing luk_ltm@hotmail.com. Depending on your region you may have additional rights (e.g. under GDPR or Malaysia's PDPA).

Children

PettoX is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, stored with access controls, and protected by per-user security rules. No system is perfectly secure - if a breach affects you, we will notify you as required by law.
