Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and ATOM X for the use of the PettoX app and website. By using PettoX you accept them.

PettoX is not a veterinary service

PettoX provides care tracking, reminders and AI-generated summaries of the information you enter. It is not a veterinary service and provides no medical advice, diagnosis, prescription or treatment. AI Care Reports and health scores are organisational tools built from your own entries. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for your pet's health decisions, in an emergency, contact a vet immediately, not the app.

Your content is yours

You own the photos, notes and records you add. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, display and process them so the app can work (including features you invoke, like AI summaries). We don't use your content for advertising and you can delete it at any time.

Your account

Keep your sign-in secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 (or the digital-consent age in your region). Co-managed pets share data with the people you explicitly invite, invite people you trust.

Purchases

Subscriptions (PettoX Pro) and consumable credits are billed through Apple App Store / Google Play under their terms. Credits are spent on AI features (portraits, care reports); failed generations are refunded to your credit balance. Store purchases follow the store's refund policies.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to break or overload the systems, no scraping other users' data, no reselling access.

Pet Moments community

Pet Moments is a public space: anything you post or comment there can be seen by other PettoX users. Only share content you have the right to share, and only about pets. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour, including anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexual, violent or that targets or endangers people or animals.

Posts and comments are screened automatically before they appear, and we review what gets reported. Every post and comment can be reported, and you can block any user. We act on reports promptly, normally within 24 hours, by removing content and, where needed, removing the person who posted it. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, without notice. By posting, you accept these community rules.

Product and service suggestions link to third-party stores. We may earn a commission; purchases there are between you and that store.

Disclaimers & liability

PettoX is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the past 12 months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms (we'll post the new effective date) and may suspend accounts that break them. You can stop using PettoX and delete your account at any time.
